New admin option: meta content-type

Option: "Header Meta Content-type"

Default value: application/xhtml+xml; charset=utf-8

And have this option fill the value for the content-type in the global header.

There are many languages with spezial charsets.

i think a option for meta keywords is very usefull too ;)

Thanks, we're actually going to be adding a 'page manager' which will handle meta keywords, descriptions, and page titles as well as whether or not the link should appear on the main menu :)
